Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days
Europe Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
International Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, destination country procedures, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Xorevya is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges applied by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Returns For Cosmetics

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
